1.報名須知
Information on Admission:
For parents who would like to apply, please bring along the following items for enrolment.
-請帶備小朋友出生證明書及影印本1張。
A copy of your child’s birth certificate.
-相片1張。
A photo of your child.
-貼上足夠郵費$2.20之回郵信封3個(9”X4”)，信封面請寫上通訊地址及小朋友姓名。
Three envelopes (size 9” X 4”) with the sufficient postage ($2.20) and write the Student’s name and the correspondence address on the envelopes.
2.派發及收回入學申請表日期
Date of Distribution and Submission of Admission Application Form:
–2024年9月19日(星期四)至10月19日(星期六)
-19th September to 19th October, 2024.
敬請 貴家長親臨本園索取 / 自行下載(不設限額)，入學申請表填妥後，請於一星期內或於10月26日前交回本園。
Parents are kindly requested to come to our kindergarten to obtain the application form or download the form from our website (no application form limit). The completed form should be submitted to the school within one week or before 26th October, 2024.
3.派發及收回入學申請表時間
Time of Distribution and Submission of Admission Application Form:
-星期一至五 上午8:00-11:00、下午1:30-4:30
-Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.、1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
-星期六 上午9:00-11:30
-Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
(星期日及公眾假期除外)

4.報名費
Application fee:
$40.00 (交回申請表時繳交)

5.面見日期
Interview Day:
2024年11月23日(星期六)，詳情將以專函通知。
23rd November, 2024. Details will be confirmed by mail.
6.面見形式
Interview Arrangements:
-凡交回入學申請表，均會安排面見。
-The kindergarten will arrange interview for all applicant.
-家長須陪同小朋友出席，以小組形式面見。
-Parents should accompany their child for the interview (Group interviews will be arranged).
※非華語小朋友
※Arrangement for admission application of Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children:
-非華語小朋友在面見時，學校將按家長需要提供傳譯/翻譯服 務，此外，家長亦可攜同懂廣東話的親友陪同小朋友出席以協助溝通。
-When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

-運用適當的教學策略照顧幼兒學習的多樣性，協助在港少數族裔人士盡快融入校園生活。
-Appropriate measures are carrying out to best fit the needs of ethnic minorities. Support will be given to students and families in need.
-提供英文版學校通告，促進家校溝通。
-English notices will be available to enhance home-school collaboration and communication.
-支援非華語兒童在本校的中文學習，提供中文課業翻譯。
-To support NCS students in learning Chinese at school, Chinese homework can be translated.
-教師與非華語家長作定期個別溝通，了解兒童學習進度。
-Individual communication between teachers and NCS parents can be arranged regularly to help parents come to understand their children’s progresses.
7.收生準則
Admission Criteria：
-現正就讀學生或已畢業學生之弟妹，將獲優先取錄。
-The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying at our kindergarten / sibling(s) are graduated from our school, will be given due priority consideration.
-全日班以家庭需要作優先考慮。
-Applicants who need Whole-day class placements due to family needs will be given priority.
-由於學位有限，合資格者恕未能盡錄。
-As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.
8.取錄通知：
Announcement of Admission Results:
2024年12月13日或之前，以專函通知。
We will inform parents of the K1 admission results on or before 13th December 2024 by post.
9.統一註冊日
Centralised Registration Dates:
2025年1月2至4日
2nd to 4th January, 2025.
正取生註冊及繳付留位費
Registration and payment for successful applicants.
正取生家長請到校務處辦理註冊手續，並請提交：
-The successful applicants may come to school to complete registration, please submit the following documents:
「2025/2026幼稚園入學註冊證」正本及取錄信
-The original copy of “2025/26 Registration Certificate for KG admission” and the letter with interview result.
註冊費:
上午班：$970.00 / 全日班：$1,570.00
-Registration fee:
AM Session: $970.00
Whole day Session: $1,570.00
-請家長帶備現金繳交註冊費
-Please bring enough amount of cash to pay the registration fee.
-如其後放棄學位，已繳付的註冊費不獲退還。
-If parents decided to give up the place, please be noted that the registration fee will not be refunded.
-備取生：本園將會致電通知，敬請家長於指定日期到本園辦理註冊手續， 並提交「2025/2026幼稚園入學註冊證」正本及繳交註冊費。
-Arrangements for Admission of Students on Waiting List: The school will inform the parents by call or letters. The parent need to come to school to complete the registration process on the specified date, and must submit the original “2025/2026 Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee.
-家長請留意，如未能在指定的註冊日期提交有效的註冊文件，本園或未能為獲取錄之學生完成手續，因此家長務必於指定日期內向教育局申請相關註冊證。
-Parents please note that if they fail to submit valid registration documents on the designated registration date, the school may not be able to complete the procedures , parents must apply for the relevant registration certificate to the Education Bureau within the designated date.
-若家長於註冊後決定為子女轉校，請以書面通知本園；本園將會把幼稚園入學註冊證退回家長，但已繳交之註冊費將不獲退還；在取回註冊證後，本園亦不會為該兒童保留學位。
-If parents decided to withdraw their application, please inform the school in writing; the school will return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded; after the registration certificate is returned, the school will not reserve a place for the child.
-正取生註冊後入讀本園，本園將於2025年９月底退回註冊費給家長。
-If the admitted student concerned studies in the school, the registration fee paid will be refunded at the end of September, 2025.
